INGREDIENTS: 
Milk from Grass-fed Cows, Kefir Culture, Dandelion Root 


STORAGE: 
Keep frozen until ready to feed. Once thawed in chiller, consume within 4 days. Please refer to packaging for best before date. 


FEEDING: 
For newcomers to feeding kefir, start with one tablespoon per day for the initial two days. allowing the gut to adjust. Expect some soft stool during this adjustment period, which is completely normal. Once adjusted, feed up to 50ml per day.
