3. Acknowledgment of Feeding Risks
You acknowledge that feeding pets involves inherent risks, such as choking, allergic reactions, food intolerances, or digestive issues. These risks are present regardless of whether the pet is consuming any of our products. We take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and safety of our products up to the point of delivery.
Proper supervision during feeding is essential, and you accept responsibility for ensuring your pet is fed in a safe and appropriate manner, including portioning or modifying the meals as necessary based on the individual pet’s needs.
4. Returns & Exchanges (Perishable Goods)
As our products are perishable, no returns or refunds are allowed once frozen goods have left our facility.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. All replacement or exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be done at our facility.
We cannot replace or exchange products due to:
Pet's preference or dislike of flavour;
Allergies unknown to you before ordering;
Visual or olfactory dissatisfaction;
Improper storage or handling post-delivery;
Product already disposed of.
To provide feedback, please submit:
Photo of the product label with batch number;
Photo showing the issue;
Proof of purchase;
Delivery date.
If you purchased via an authorised retailer, please contact the retailer directly.
5. Delivery Issues & Address Changes
Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If an incorrect item is delivered, notify us right away. Items must be:
Unopened and in original packaging;
Still in frozen condition for frozen products.
To change your delivery address:
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance;
Changes after this period will incur a $10.90 surcharge;
We cannot reroute deliveries once dispatched.
Last-minute address changes may incur additional charges and risk delayed delivery or compromised product quality.
6. Order Cancellation & Postponement
Ad-hoc Orders:
No cancellations or refunds once placed.
You may postpone your order once, up to 30 days from original delivery date.
Refunds for unfulfilled or partially fulfilled orders are subject to a 20% penalty.
No postponement for orders placed during sale periods.
Subscription Orders:
Notify us at least 5 working days before your charge date for any delivery change.
Subscription cancellation is only available after 3 successful deliveries.
Sale period orders are not eligible for amendments, changes, or refunds.
7. Order Amendments
We are unable to make changes to an order once payment is made. This includes changes to products, flavours, or quantities. Please check your order carefully before checking out.
8. Products & Services
Certain products may only be available online and in limited quantities. All products are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy outlined above.
We reserve the right to:
Limit sales or quantities per person, household, or order;
Refuse orders that appear to be from resellers or distributors;
Modify product details, pricing, or availability at any time.
We do not guarantee that the quality of products or services will meet your expectations, nor that all errors in the service will be corrected.
