Important Update: Changes to Our Delivery Arrangements

At PetCubes, we are always striving to provide the best service for our customers while ensuring that your pet’s meals arrive fresh and on time. To improve our logistics and maintain the highest quality standards, we have made some changes to our delivery arrangements. Please take note of the following updates:

No More Same-Day Delivery

We have temporarily disabled same-day delivery to streamline our operations and maintain efficiency. This allows us to better manage order fulfillment and ensure that your pet’s meals are handled with care from our facility to your doorstep.

Next-Day Delivery – Order Before 12 PM

For next-day delivery, please place your order before 12 PM (noon). Orders placed after this cutoff will be scheduled for the following delivery day. Planning ahead will help you ensure that your pet never runs out of their favourite meals!

Need It Urgently? Opt for Self-Pickup

If you require your PetCubes order on the same day, we recommend choosing our self-pickup option. This is the best way to get your pet’s meals quickly, especially if they are running low on food. Simply place your order and collect it at your convenience.

Monday Deliveries – Plan Ahead

For deliveries on Mondays, please note that orders are picked up by our logistics partner on Friday before 12 PM. Any orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will be scheduled for delivery on Tuesday instead. If you need your order for the weekend or Monday, please place it early to avoid delays.
