What is the canine ketogenic diet? Who is it for?

This diet was trialled on dogs suffering from cancer. However, existing research has already shown that a ketogenic diet may be beneficial for different health issues like diabetes and epilepsy. Discuss with your vet if this diet would be useful to support your dog's recovery.

Is this diet safe for my dog? Has this product been independently tested?

All of our diets have been independently tested by Temasek Polytechnic's Veterinary team at their Animal Health Unit. Ad Hoc trials were then conducted with local veterinarians to help improve the texture, palatability and efficacy of the products.

Will I see improvements in my dog immediately?

Depending on your dog's health issue, you may see improvements in behaviour, activity and appetite in as soon as a few weeks however clinical signs and blood reports may take weeks to months to improve. Please work closely with your veterinarian to establish realistic expectations that fit your dog and their current health status.

Can I combine my Vet Diet order with non-Vet Diet products?
